"This Morning" favourite Ben Shephard was in high spirits as he celebrated the big 5-0 today, and his special day was warmly acknowledged on the ITV morning programme. Co-host Cat Deeley kicked things off with a heartfelt tribute to the "Tipping Point" presenter, sharing with viewers: "Today is not just any old other day. Today is special because it's Ben's 50th birthday today.
" Ben, embracing his new milestone, responded: "Happy birthday you young man! " followed by a lighthearted "I feel old! " Commenting on the anticipation surrounding the date, he jovially remarked: "I feel like I've been banging on about this for a long time."
