There was another awkward moment between I'm A Celebrity 's Ant McPartlin and Dean McCullough on Friday night. Just a day on from Ant addressing his "unprofessional" behaviour, the star was quick to tell Dean how he was feeling. Viewers were quick to comment "there's nothing worse" too, as Ant made a particular comment to Dean.
As he arrived at the trial clearing with Danny Jones for the latest trial, Ant took the moment to speak to Dean after days of tension. The pair pretty much clashed on Thursday's show as Ant kept calling out Dean, leading to Dean biting back. But amid Ant's vow to be "kinder", he did have something to say on the situation before going back to making jibes.
He told Dean: "I'm not angry, I'm just disappointed." Dean seemed disheartened by this, while viewers at home were also left reacting once more. They called the comment "the worst" as many admitted they felt Ant's annoyance over the situation.
Taking to X, one fan said: "We all felt that, Ant.," as another commented: "Nothing worse than being told someone disappointed in you." A third fan posted: "Ant is fed up with Dean.
" Ant had addressed his outrage on spin-off show Unpacked, admitting he "wasn't happy" with how he came across, calling himself "unprofessional". Referred to as "bad cop" by host Joel Dommett, Ant laughed it off before confessing he "wasn't happy" with his behaviour. He said: "Oh my God," referring to the fish guts, before adding: "I told you not to talk to me about it Sam.
" He added: "My annoyance came across on screen and it was unprofessional, and I am not happy about it. I will be kind to him today." Dean is facing the next trial with Danny Jones, so he and Ant will come face-to-face once more.
Dec also shared his hopes for the next trial admitting it was nice to see someone else down there. He said: "Danny is determined, he's enthusiastic, he really wants to [do well], there's no hiding for Dean now, he has to step up." Dec himself made a funny jibe at Dean in the latest trial, commenting on his teabags contraband.
When Dean and Danny missed a star that was hidden in a kettle, Dec quipped: "In honour of your sneaky little teabags. We thought you’d have gone straight for the kettle, we know you love a cup of tea!" I'm A Celebrity..
