I'm A Celebrity...
Get Me Out Of Here! saw one of its stars pushed to the edge, declaring "I'm done" in a moment of high tension. The hit ITV series resumed on Wednesday (November 20) with fan favourites Ant and Dec back at the controls, checking up on the new celebrities making their home in the Australian wilderness. This year's line-up is packed with big names, including Tulisa, Oti Mabuse, Jane Moore, Danny Jones, and Dean McCullough, all bravely signing on to face harsh jungle life for the upcoming weeks.
Alongside them are Coleen Rooney, GK Barry , and Melvin Odoom, each vying for the coveted title of Jungle Royalty. In the most recent episode, it was BBC Radio 1's Dean McCullough and podcaster GK Barry's turn to endure the challenge named Drown in the Dumps, reports the Express . Before their departure to the Bushtucker Trial zone, their co-star Melvin Odoom expressed his certainty for their success: "They're gonna come back with 10 stars, guaranteed! " GK and Dean set off with determination, with GK proclaiming: "Let's give it large! ".
Upon reaching the Trial clearing, they were met with two towering tanks, as revealed by hosts Ant and Dec. The challenge specified one contestant to take the higher position while the other manned the lower tank. Dean, occupying the upper tank, was tasked with searching the so-called hell holes for keys complete with golden tags.
These keys were then to be dropped down a pipe to GK, who awaited below, ready to use them to unlock one of the 10 stars up for grabs. However, to complicate matters, there were also silver keys that served no purpose in the trial. During the challenge, water poured into the bottom section, gradually filling it up.
As they readied themselves, GK admitted: "I have no words." The duo struggled at the start, and with just two minutes remaining, GK overcame her nerves to dive down in an attempt to unlock a padlock with a gold key. Nonetheless, she could only hold her breath for so long.
With Ant and Dec's countdown echoing, Grace was startled by an eel and exclaimed: "I'm done, I'm done! " Returning to camp without any stars, a disheartened GK confessed: "I'm mortified to go back and tell them." While this unfolded, X's viewers quickly took to sharing their views on Dean and GK's unsuccessful trial, and many speculated that Dean might be the first to leave. One viewer commented: "How long til he quits the entire show.
.." Another suggested: "Dean just needs to leave.
" While a third expressed a premonition: "He's going to quit the trial I can feel it." I'm A Celebrity..
