Interesting terminology. The right wing in Israel may have decided to move on from the former 'Iron Wall' philosophy. Can't say I blame them.

What caught out the Israelis in the 2006 war was they were taken completely by surprise by the human shield strategy, they were frozen in indecision for a period, as Hezbollah had put 'rocket rooms' in ordinary inhabited family houses and apartments, kitted out with launchers and sophisticated systems, with Iranian engineers' support.
