The Schedule 1 creator has just posted a new update, giving fans more info regarding the game’s console port. Open-world drug dealing simulator Schedule 1 became an instant hit when it launched on March 24, 2025. Despite still being in early access, the title is already amassing a massive player count , quickly taking the spot as one of the most-played games on Steam.
While the game made by indie dev TVGS has been praised by many players for its gameplay, not everyone can jump on it since the title is only available on PC. For a while now, many players have wondered whether it will eventually come to the console. Regarding this, the creator has just addressed a new update for a console release.
Schedule 1 creator gives new update regarding console port Following the release of the latest patch notes , Tyler revealed in a post on X that he would “love to port Schedule 1 to console when the game is at the right stage for that.” He added that he would announce it to the community “well before it happens.” Tyler is also aware of the copycat situation with games titled “Schedule 1” appearing in the PlayStation store recently, writing: “Just confirming these are not affiliated with me in any way.
” A console port not being ruled out in a future update is definitely good news for players. However, considering that Schedule 1 is made by an indie dev, players will just have to be patient until then. After all, looking at the game’s roadmap, there are already plenty of things planned to be added to the game, whether that’s gameplay additions or bug fixes—and it’s understandable that other things should be prioritized first so that the game can work properly on other platforms.
