Irish Oasis fans furious after series of technical errors in scramble for Croke Park tickets

Oasis fans have been left reeling on Saturday morning after being met with technical errors on Ticketmaster while trying to get tickets for the major comeback.

Hundreds of thousands of Oasis fans were left furious this morning as tickets for the band’s reunion tour went on general sale this morning. As tickets went on sale for the Croke Park dates at 8am, Ticketmaster appeared to crash due to the sheer numbers of people trying to get hold of tickets The band, led by Mancunian brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher, announced they were reuniting for the first time in 15 years for a UK and Irish tour. The rock band split up in 2009 following a physical fight between the brothers only minutes before going on stage in Paris.

Oasis will play Croke Park on Saturday, August 16 and Sunday, August 17, 2025 with tickets going on sale from 8am on Saturday morning (August 31). Those who missed out on the Friday pre-sale battled it out on Saturday morning in hopes to be among those singing some of the band’s greatest hits next year. The band will also play Cardiff, Manchester, Wembley and Edinburgh before wrapping up the tour in Dublin . Tickets for the UK tour dates are set to go on sale from 9am on Saturday (August 31)..
