The iQOO 13 is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC and has two memory configurations in India - 12GB/256GB and 16GB/512GB. It runs Android 15-based Funtouch OS 15 out of the box and comes with the promise of four years of Android OS upgrades and five years of Android security updates.

The flagship is built around a 6.82" 1,440p 144Hz LTPO AMOLED display with a centered punch-hole for the 32MP selfie camera and an ultra-sonic fingerprint reader embedded. iQOO 13 Around the back, you get a squircle-shaped camera island housing three cameras - 50MP primary, 50 MP telephoto (2x optical), and 50MP ultrawide.

The iQOO 13 will come in Legend and Nardo Grey versions in India, with its 12GB/256GB and 16GB/512GB models priced at INR54,999 ($650/€620) and INR59,999 ($710/€675), respectively. However, with bank offers, their effective price comes down to INR51,999 ($615/€585) and INR56,999 ($675/€640). The two versions have the same effective price if you exchange a non-vivo/iQOO device instead.
