iOS 18.4 eligible devices The update is available for a wide range of iPhones, including: iPhone 16 series iPhone 15 series iPhone 14 series iPhone 13 series iPhone 12 series iPhone 11 series iPhone XS, XS Max, XR iPhone SE (2nd and 3rd generation) However, Apple Intelligence features are only supported on the iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, and iPhone 16 models. Writing Tools now help users refine their text across apps like Mail, Messages, and Notes. The Photos app now enables users to search for pictures using simple descriptions.
The new Clean Up tool removes unwanted objects from photos, and the Image Playground app allows users to generate fun and unique images with different themes and styles. Another feature is Genmoji which lets users create custom emojis simply by typing a description.
These unique emojis can be used in Messages for more personalised conversations.
