Investigation of claims made by Lodi's city manager underway

An investigation into claims of financial fraud by city officials in Lodi is underway. The city manager that made the allegations has been placed on administrative leave while a third party looks into it. Mayor Bregman shared a statement Thursday about the third party investigation into the claims of the city manager he would not elaborate on questions from the media about which claims are being looked into.
