Intercity bus strike called off

Intercity bus drivers have called off Wednesday’s strike after accepting the labour relations department proposal for the renewal of their collective agreement. In a joint statement on Wednesday, trade unions Sek and Peo said the decision to call of the strike was taken on Monday. The drivers were to strike after the labour ministry called an impasse in mediation efforts.
