A massive beachside mansion that has never been lived in is for sale in Western Australia. The stately home at 5 Shelton Street in Waikiki, in the state’s Rockingham region, was built by a wealthy English couple in 1995 and used as their summer house. “The place is fantastic.

It’s 30 years old, never been lived in,” William Porteous of William Porteous Properties International told Domain . He said the owners would visit the mansion “a couple of weeks” a year. There has been much interest in the eight-bedroom, five-bathroom home with unobstructed views of Waikiki Beach.
