Infosys Ltd . on Thursday, April 17, announced a final dividend of ₹22 per equity share. This was announced while the company declared its March quarter results.
The record date for the said dividend has been fixed as May 30, 2025, which is also the record date for the company's Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held on June 25, 2025. The dividend will be paid to shareholders on June 30, 2025. Over the last five instances going back to June 2023, Infosys has paid ₹106.
