Bollywood's commitment to health and fitness is widely admired—at least when it’s on screen. But fitness influencer and YouTuber Nitin Maurya is not having it. His latest viral video exposes the hypocrisy of Bollywood celebs who preach clean eating in interviews, only to later endorse junk food in ads.

And the internet? It’s eating it up. In Maurya’s viral clip, he takes aim at Kartik Aaryan, who’s previously advocated for cutting out burgers and sugary drinks in interviews. Yet, in a twist of irony, there he is in an ad—munching on a burger and sipping a soft drink like it’s his cheat day every day.

Then there’s Samantha Ruth Prabhu, who in one podcast was all about promoting coconut oil and ditching processed foods. Flash forward, and she's cheerily endorsing chocolates and junk snacks as if they were part of her “clean eating” regimen. A post shared by Nitin Kumar (@nitin_maurya_) And it doesn’t stop there! Alia Bhatt and Hrithik Roshan, who’ve made a point of steering clear of sugar, are suddenly sweet on chocolate brands in their ads.

Sara Ali Khan preaches against junk food in interviews, yet somehow ends up eating pizza and guzzling soft drinks on-screen. The pièce de résistance? Ananya Panday admitting she doesn’t smoke, only to be seen smoking at a public event. Oops.

Maurya’s message is clear: celebrities don’t necessarily consume the products they promote. So, folks, maybe stop looking to them for your next health hack. "No moral values for these actors," said one user in the comments section.

Another added, "Bollywood always promotes harmful foods to all," while others agreed that it’s high time celebrities ditched the unhealthy endorsements. Next time, we should take our nutrition tips from, well, actual nutritionists!.
