Influencer Emma Chamberlain just opened a new cafe in the Westfield Century City Mall on January 30. This is the first permanent outpost for her coffee brand, Chamberlain Coffee, whose Instagram account announced the surprise arrival of the cafe on its opening day. Chamberlain is best known for her now-recognizable mellow , raspy voice bringing viewers into a day in her life, whether it be cleaning out a closet or heading to Paris for fashion week.
Chamberlain, who started on YouTube in 2016, founded Chamberlain Coffee in 2019 as a mail-order company. Chamberlain launched the brand with a video showing how she makes her coffee at home, which garnered over 4 million views . Her first product was a single-serving cold brew.
Today, Chamberlain Coffee offers whole coffee beans by the bag, matcha, canned lattes, cold brew, and coffee ware like branded mugs, an electric whisk, and a tumbler. Chamberlain Coffee products are also available at Gelson’s and Whole Foods. Although Chamberlain Coffee has hosted pop-ups in the past with brands like Warby Parker, there was never a permanent standalone cafe until now.
At the new shop, Chamberlain Coffee offers a lineup of classic coffee drinks like cold brew, lattes, cappuccinos, cortados, espresso, mocha, and drip coffee, plus an espresso available “Emma’s Way” with almond milk and dairy-free creamer. Signature drinks include a peanut butter mocha and a salted pistachio mocha. Drinks on the menu can also be customized with syrups, including vanilla, chocolate, pistachio, strawberry, and lavender.
For tea, the shop offers a matcha latte, a blue matcha latte with butterfly pea powder, and a chai latte, with the choice of an added cream top. Alongside the drinks, Chamberlain Coffee serves pastries like a chocolate croissant, miso kouign amann, matcha cake, olive oil cake, and banana sesame bread. Beans are also available to purchase, along with canned lattes, and other merchandise.
Chamberlain Coffee joins an already impressive line-up of dining options at Westfield Century City, including Eataly, Haidilao, and Din Tai Fung. The mall is also set to welcome Super Peach, a restaurant from the Momofuku group , as well as Katsuya and Casa Dani in 2025. Chamberlain Coffee is located at 10250 Santa Monica Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90067, and is open every day.
