Influencer and former footy WAG Bec Judd has announced she’s selling her Mornington Peninsula home. The mother, who shares four kids with AFL champion Chris Judd, has been sharing the progress of the property’s renovation in recent months which has been years in the making. And on Thursday, she revealed to her 754k followers on Instagram it was finally time to put the property on the market.

“Exciting times ahead as we have a new project in the works,” Judd captioned a Story post. “It’s time to say goodbye and sell our Arthurs Seat beauty.” Judd has recruited a NSW-based real estate agent to sell the property.

Giving fans a virtual tour of the house — which is 85km south of Melbourne’s CBD — she offered a glimpse of the “stunning” exterior landscaping completed by Nathan Burkett Landscape Architecture. It featured an in-built spa and enclosure, countless lush plants and a view of the surrounding bushland. Judd also pointed to the property’s “insane bathrooms”, and shared a post from the real estate agent that hinted “one of the most special listings coming soon”.

The mother-of-four shared before shots of the property several months ago when renovations had been completed, highlighting the stark improvements from the grassy, brick-heavy home. Construction on the property was undertaken by The Melbourne Builder & Co, with a behind-the-scenes look at some of the works posted to social media. The Judds also own a mansion in Brighton, worth an estimate $7.
