Read More The much-awaited Indore Metro is finally gearing up to begin operations. The Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation has fast-tracked preparations for the launch on the city’s Super Priority Corridor. All arrangements including staff, ticket counters, and other infrastructure are in place across the five key metro stations in the Super Priority Corridor.
The Commissioner of Metro Railway Safety has already given the green signal after thorough inspections. It is being speculated that Prime Minister Narendra Modi may flag off the metro service in a grand inauguration ceremony. The first phase of the metro will run between Super Corridor and Gandhinagar Station Number Three.

The Indore Metro fare system is divided into five zones with a total of 28 stations.
