Bengaluru (Karnataka) [India], October 22 (ANI): The Karnataka High Court adjourned the hearing of actor Darshan's bail application until October 28. The bail hearing was held on Tuesday headed by Justice Vishwajit Shetty, a single-judge bench. The actor's lawyer argued in court that Darshan was suffering from severe back pain and had to undergo surgery.

BV Nagesh, the lawyer who argued for Darshan, appealed before the high court that bail be granted to the actor on medical grounds since he was already undergoing treatment. Nagesh requested the court that the bail be given as soon as possible as actor Darshan requires urgent surgery. However, the judge directed the lawyer to submit the medical reports and scheduled the next hearing for October 28.
