Until not so long ago, the identity of the celebrities trading their comfortable lifestyles for challenging weeks in the Australian jungle remained under wraps. Now, it has been confirmed that stars like McFly's Danny Jones, N-Dubz singer Tulisa, and Coronation Street's Alan Halsall are confirmed to roughing it the show.

One name joining the line-up that many didn't recognise is TikTok sensation GK Barry. GK Barry, whose real name is Grace Keeling, talked about her participation on her podcast, Saving Grace, where she revealed what she's expecting from the experience. The 25-year-old TikTok star may have slipped up by admitting her fears, which fans labelled a "rookie mistake".

Grace candidly shared: "I'm just not gonna cope well, I'm gonna be honest with you. I'm not going to cope well at all. "I am someone that is terrified of absolutely everything.

I hate animals, I don't sleep outside, I don't like not having my phone, I don't like flying - why the f**k am I going to Australia?" She described her university experience in Nottingham, where seeing vomit was commonplace, yet insisted that the true origin of this fear stemmed from an illness during her childhood. Grace isn't alone with her fear - medically known as emetophobia.

It's a common condition that affects up to 8% of the population , and is more common in women than men. The podcast host is well aware that she'll have to face numerous fears on I’m A Celebrity. In an interview before the show, she revealed: "I am scared of the Trials, and I am genuinely scared of everything.

The eating trial, to me, is the worst thing you can do to a human being." She later divulged during her exclusive episode how she nearly made it onto the show earlier, sharing: "I've always wanted to do this show. Last year [2023] I was interviewed for it, I didn't get it.

" The energetic charm of reality star Sam Thompson captivated the nation in the previous series, where he emerged victorious against former professional boxer Tony Bellew and politician Nigel Farage to claim the title. Fans of the show can catch the return of I'm A Celebrity this Sunday, November 17, when the first episode airs at 9pm. Those who miss out can catch up via ITV X.
