G&H (Gooch & Housego PLC) is a photonics components and systems manufacturer producing technical solutions for aerospace, defense, telecom, and medical innovations. Now the Dowlish Ford-based business, which has been running for seven decades, has welcomed optical component manufacturer, Phoenix Optical, to its group for a total consideration of up to £6.8 million.
The acquisition includes an initial payment of up to £3.4 million, plus additional payouts of up to £3.4 million, dependent on Phoenix's performance over the next three years.
