BLOOMINGTON — Illinois Wesleyan University will host its inaugural Festival of the Arts, April 25-27. The event aims to celebrate artists who have helped to shape the university's fine arts program as well as an opportunity for alumni, faculty and staff from the College of Fine Arts "to reunite and reminisce," and support current student artists, according to a news release. The three-day festival will feature performances and workshops at Wesleyan's various stages and galleries, including art showcases, theater presentations, musical performances and film showings.
There will also be meals and cocktail hours. Registration for the meals is required and open through April 18. A full schedule of events can be found online at iwu.
