‘I really don’t like Elf on the Shelf... there’s no logic behind strange global phenomenon’

Where did I leave him this time? I recall purposively putting him somewhere safe knowing he’d be needed again but, for the life of me, I can’t tell you where. And now, as December soon approaches, I worry I’ll have to buy another one that my six-year-old will instinctively know is NOT Buddy.
