Hyundai is gearing up for significant product expansion in India with plans to introduce a host of new electric vehicles between 2025 and 2027 The Indian car market is set for a wave of electric vehicle launches with Hyundai earmarked to play a leading role. Over the next three years, the Korean automaker is preparing to introduce a diverse lineup of EVs, spanning various segments to meet evolving consumer demands and the push for sustainable mobility. Hyundai Creta Electric: Hyundai is set to enter the midsize electric SUV segment with a new model inspired by the well-known Creta. Expected in early 2025, this EV will target India’s expanding electric vehicle market and compete directly with forthcoming models like the Maruti Suzuki eVX, its Toyota counterpart and the Tata Curvv. This launch will be a strategic move by Hyundai to capture a broader share of the rapidly growing EV sector.



The upcoming Hyundai midsize electric SUV, expected to borrow the electric motor from the Kona Electric, is likely to deliver a driving range exceeding 450 km per charge.
