Hyundai has officially teased the Creta Electric, its upcoming electric SUV , which is expected to launch at the 2025 Bharat Mobility Global Expo. This marks the company’s third electric vehicle (EV) in India and will replace the discontinued Hyundai Kona Electric. Positioned as a competitor in the rapidly growing EV segment, the Creta Electric will challenge dominant players like Tata Motors and join Hyundai's existing Ioniq 5 in the market.

Here's how property market can shape up Hyundai Creta Electric Design and Features The design of the Hyundai Creta Electric is largely similar to the 2024 Hyundai Creta, with a few key modifications for the electric version. The front features a blanked-out grille with a centre-mounted charging port, while the rear gets a redesigned bumper and retains the same tail lights. The side profile remains the same, but the EV gets new 17-inch aero alloy wheels.

However, the EV will feature a new steering wheel design, inspired by the Hyundai Ioniq 5. The SUV will also come equipped with a leatherette dashboard, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, an electric panoramic sunroof, and Level-2 ADAS for enhanced safety.
Hyundai Creta Electric: Pricing and Competition The Hyundai Creta Electric is expected to be priced between ₹20-30 lakh. It will compete with other electric SUVs in the market, such as the MG ZS EV, Tata Curvv EV, Maruti Suzuki e Vitara, and BYD Atto 3. Hyundai Creta Electric: Battery and Range Hyundai has revealed two battery pack variants for the Creta Electric.
The 51.4 kWh pack offers an ARAI-certified range of 473 km, while the 42 kWh pack provides a range of 390 km. The Creta Electric can charge from 10 to 80 percent in just 58 minutes using DC fast charging, or it can fully charge in 4 hours with an 11kW Smart Connected wall box charger.
