HyperStrong has announced major breakthroughs in the European market with two projects commissioned in Sweden and Germany. In May 2024, the company kicked off its first project in Sweden—a grid-side frequency regulation energy storage system in Stockholm which was accepted in March 2025. This project not only marked its strategic entry into the Nordic market but also laid the foundation for a long-term partnership with the client, with further orders already being delivered.

In the same month of May 2024, HyperStrong signed a supply contract with another client for the Waltershausen energy storage project in central Germany, with delivery taking place in December 2024 and grid connection in March of this year. The Waltershausen project stands as a benchmark case for HyperStrong in Germany, paving the way for future large-scale applications in the country’s evolving market. For both projects, HyperStrong delivered an integrated “DC + AC” system solution and led the joint commissioning of the systems.

“Our one-stop solution saves the need for our clients to coordinate with multiple parties, significantly simplifying processes and improving execution efficiency,” commented senior VP of Engineering for the EMEA region, Jianfeng Xu..
