Huskers Football News: Start time vs. Rutgers announced

Nebraska's homecoming game officially has a start time.

The start time for the Nebraska football team’s game in two weeks has finally been set. Monday, the Big Ten announced kickoff times for Week 6 games the first weekend of October, slotting the Huskers and Rutgers Scarlet Knights in the 3 p.m.

Follow All Huskers on Facebook Outside of this weekend’s matchup at Purdue, only the Huskers’ Black Friday game at Iowa had a game time set before Monday, meaning five games are waiting for kickoff times to be set. All of those are on six or 12-day windows for broadcast determination, so fans won’t know the start times of any others until the games are less than two weeks away. Nebraska is 3-1 and just dropped out of the top-25 rankings following its loss to Illinois.
