The start time for the Nebraska football team’s game in two weeks has finally been set. Monday, the Big Ten announced kickoff times for Week 6 games the first weekend of October, slotting the Huskers and Rutgers Scarlet Knights in the 3 p.m.
spot on Oct. 5. That game, Nebraska's homecoming, is set to be broadcast on FS1.
Follow All Huskers on Facebook Outside of this weekend’s matchup at Purdue, only the Huskers’ Black Friday game at Iowa had a game time set before Monday, meaning five games are waiting for kickoff times to be set. All of those are on six or 12-day windows for broadcast determination, so fans won’t know the start times of any others until the games are less than two weeks away. Nebraska is 3-1 and just dropped out of the top-25 rankings following its loss to Illinois.

24 Illinois in OT, 31-24 The Huskers looked to have a pretty good shot to get to six wins and a bowl game this season, but Rutgers has started strong, so has 4-0 Indiana, and the rest of the schedule is looking pretty formidable, maybe minus UCLA.
