A two-year-old boy has died following a crash in Smethwick which involved a 'stolen' Porsche Cayenne. Four adults who were in a Toyota with the toddler were also injured. It's believed the grey vehicle was travelling from the island on Kenrick Way before it hit the Toyota on Dartmouth Road on Saturday, December 14.
Emergency services were called to the scene just before 11pm. Despite the best efforts of emergency services, the young boy sadly died. A 29-year-old woman and a man, 30, were described as being in a 'serious' condition, while another man and woman, both aged 30, were said to be 'stable'.

In the aftermath of the smash, the crash site could be made out by lime green markings on the road. I would urge the driver of the Porsche to do the right thing and come and talk to us. "They made the wrong decision to run away and I’m asking them now to make the right one. I also want to appeal to anyone who witnessed the collision and hasn’t already spoken to us, or has CCTV or dash-cam footage to get in touch.
