Hunt for Nuneaton man wanted over 'false imprisonment' as image issued

Police have urged anyone who sees him to call '999 immediately'

A manhunt is underway for a wanted Nuneaton man as police have asked locals for help. Officers say that Clinton Cummings is wanted in relation to offences including threats to kill, criminal damage, assault, and false imprisonment. They say that they need to urgently find the 31-year-old, who is from the town.

Detectives leading the hunt to locate him have shared an appeal on social media. As part of the appeal, they have shared an image of Cummings. They have also urged anyone who has seen him to call '999 immediately'.

"He is believed to be in the Nuneaton and Bedworth area," the appeal reads. "If you see Cummings, call 999 immediately.

If you know where Cummings is or can help us find him, contact us." As well as calling 999, people can also contact police via 101 or through the force's reporting section on its website. Details can also be passed on via the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
