Hull KR forward AJ Wallace will join Sheffield Eagles in the Championship on a month’s loan deal to gain valuable first-team minutes, All Out Rugby League understands. The Jamaica international has previously made one appearance for Goole Vikings in League 1 so far this year. Wallace, who turns 22 today (Monday), made the move to Sewell Group Craven Park ahead of the 2024 Super League campaign after impressing with Bradford Bulls, and is in the last season of his initial two-year contract.

He had loan spells at Doncaster, Whitehaven and Featherstone during his debut year with Rovers, as well as featuring for the club's reserves outfit.
