Hudson police officer graduates from FBI National Academy

HUDSON, N.H. — Capt. Steven McElhinney, a 17-year veteran of the Hudson Police Department, has joined an elite group by graduating from the 291st session of the FBI National Academy, a rare honor achieved by only four department members over more than seven decades.
