The first major of the golfing season, the Masters, gets underway in Georgia on Thursday afternoon, and all eyes will be on Augusta National . The best players in the world have all descended on the exclusive club in Georgia for the most prestigious tournament in the sport, with Scottie Scheffler attempting to defend his Green Jacket. Rory McIlroy, Bryson DeChambeau, and Brooks Koepka are attempting to win the Masters for the first time - with the former hoping to complete the illustrious career grand slam.
Behind them, the likes of Viktor Hovland, Ludvig Aberg, and Joaquin Niemann are going for their first major championship win. With the eyes of the sporting world on Augusta, Mirror U.S.

m. EST. After the honorary starters have officially got the tournament underway, the first groups will step to the tee.
The first playing group will be the pairing of Davis Riley and Patton Kizzire. All groups afterward are three balls - starting with Kevin Yu, Jhonattan Vegas, and Nicolai Hojgaard. Groupings are spaced out every 11 minutes.
The Masters has broadcast deals with ESPN and CBS, while some footage is shown on Paramount+ and the Masters website. There will be a live stream available for free on CBSSports.com and the CBS Sports app.
