How to contact HM Passport Office about passports For general enquiries you can write to the Passport Office at the following address: HM Passport Office PO Box 767 SOUTHPORT PR8 9PW If you’d like passport advice and are in the UK, you will need to call 0300 222 0000 from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday. On weekends and public holidays, you can reach them from 9am to 5.30pm.
