Houses evacuated after 'unexploded device' found

The Army bomb disposal unit is called out to deal with a shell in a garden.

Homes have been evacuated after an "unexploded device" was found in a garden. Cambridgeshire Police was called to Cherry Road in Wisbech at 09:11 GMT and evacuated about 20 houses for safety reasons. Officers, who remained at the scene, said a cordon had been put in place as a precaution and people were advised to avoid the area.
