One marketing picture taken of the property - which cannot be viewed due to its poor condition - shows six pigeons sitting in a bedroom. In the living room, a cupboard has been placed up against the bay windows - with further pigeons pictured on a fridge in the kitchen. A mound of building rubbish also fills up the back garden area.
Network Auctions, which has listed the property with a guide price of $12,000 to $15,000, says it requires a “complete refurbishment.” Their description reads: “Facing Haig Road with rear access to the yard via Adrian Street, just back from the seafront and beach. "The house requires a strip out and re-fit.
” “No viewings due to internal condition – the property has a pigeon infestation.”.
