" Val responded with a string of face-palm emojis. Yet, there was also a wave of Christmas enthusiasts who couldn't contain their joy.

But before that, Brits have Halloween on October 31 and Bonfire Night on November 5 to look forward to. This news from Home Bargains follows its recent update of a new 'freedom' range . The store is now offering a wide selection of gluten-free food items, including cakes, muffins, loaves of bread, biscuits, noodles, and more.

Sharing the news on Instagram, the store posted a video of the items on shelves, with prices starting from as little as 79p. In the caption, Home Bargains said: "Say hello to freedom with our brand new ‘free from’ range! Now available in stores!".
