Hold camps to hear grievances of residents, says Mayor

Ludhiana: Mayor Inderjit Kaur has asked district food supply officials to organise camps across the city to help residents and resolve their grievances, if any. Ways to streamline the working of the department were also discussed in the meeting at MC's zone ‘D' office in Sarabha Nagar Friday. The Mayor said the civic body apart, measures are also being taken to smoothen the working of different departments, to help the public at large.

Officials have been asked to go to the field and address the problems being faced by residents. District food and civil supplies controller (DFSC) Shefali Chopra, DFSC Sartaj Singh Cheema, DFSO Lakhvir Singh, AFSO Cherry Batra, inspector Prabhjot Singh, among other officials, were present in the meeting..
