A FURIOUS Hobby Lobby shopper claimed she ditched her cart in rage after encountering long checkout lines. The customer even threatened to boycott the store following what seemed like a less-than-ideal experience. In an X post, Skye claimed there were just two checkout lines open at the crafts store in Bloomington, Minnesota , which is approximately 10 miles from Minneapolis.
She said that there were 12 people in each line waiting to complete their purchases. “I abandoned my cart, started walking out when I see a name-tagged woman watching this fiddling with something her hands?” Skye said. Hobby Lobby is one retailer that does not allow shoppers to pay for goods for Apple Pay in-store. Shoppers can pay for goods using Visa cards and MasterCards, as well as cash and gift cards. This is despite the fact that 90% of US retailers accept the contactless payment method.
