Himachal Minister Criticizes Centre Over Pahalgam Terror Attack Himachal Pradesh Revenue, Horticulture, and Tribal Development Minister Jagat Singh Negi has denounced the Union Government's management of the recent terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir.
