FARGO — Edward Wayne Whitefeather, a high-risk sex offender, has registered his address at 123 15th St. N. in Fargo, according to a release from the Fargo Police Department.

Whitefeather, 47, is described as 5'6", 205 lbs, with brown eyes and black hair. In 2002, he was convicted of 3rd Degree Sexual Conduct in Minnesota’s Beltrami County and convicted of Aggravated Sexual Abuse in 2003 in U.S.

Federal Court. He is a lifetime registrant on the sex offender registry. His victims included a 5-year-old girl and two 21-year-old women, the release said.
