James Michael Doran , 41, of no fixed address, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by missing an office appointment on March 5, 2025. The community order was varied to include up to five additional rehabilitation activity requirement days.

Dariusz Lopag , 46, of Scott Street, Bognor Regis, must pay £50 in a fine for breaching a community order by failing to attend unpaid work appointments on November 24, 2024 and December 1, 2024. He admitted the breach, and the community order was revoked. Michael Gary Nichols , 39, of Grand Parade, Brighton, must pay £85 in costs after breaching a community order by failing to attend office appointments on December 23, 2024 and January 30, 2025.



His community order was varied to include up to six additional rehabilitation activity days. Disqualification was "obligatory due to repeat offending". He pleaded guilty, and his driving record was endorsed with three penalty points. Matthew Noel Sullivan , 43, of Franklin Road, Brighton, was sent to prison for five months after breaching a community order by missing appointments on August 1, 2024 and August 7, 2024.

He admitted the breach and the community order was revoked, having been first imposed for the offences of stealing 18 bottles of prosecco worth £162 from a Sainsbury’s in Brighton on April 27, 2023, and three boxes of Lego worth £60 from The Entertainer shop in Brighton on April 24, 2023. Sullivan's actions were deemed so serious because "the defendant has a flagrant disregard for court orders, failed to engage with probation on multiple occasions, and commit new offences". Liam Quilley , 23, of Southway, Guildford, must pay £1,034 in a fine, costs, and a surcharge after being found guilty in his absence of failing to give information about the identity of a driver of an Audi on January 3, 2023 in Shoreham.

The verdict was proven in his absence, and he received six penalty points..
