Helicopters battle raging wildfires in Japan as thousands evacuate

Thousands of people have been forced to evacuate their homes in northeastern Japan amid raging forest fires have engulfed the area. Since Wednesday, more than 2,000 residents have fled Ofunato in Iwate Prefecture as the blaze has engulfed over 1,400 acres. Footage from Thursday captured the firefighting efforts.
