Heavy delays on M4 warning as lane shuts after accident

One lane of the M4 has been closed due to an accident. The M4 eastbound is closed at junction 25, B4596, Caerleon Road. It is being reported that heavy delays are expected.

There is congestion back to junction 28, Tredegar Park. It is being reported that traffic is also congested on the opposite side due to the onlookers. Traffic Wales said heavy delays are expected.
