[Sun, 13 Apr 2025 21:12:58 +0300] Sana'a - Saba: The Health and Environment Ministry condemned the Zionist enemy's targeting of the Baptist Hospital in Gaza Strip, which led to the destruction of the hospital's departments and took it out of service. In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the Ministry of Health emphasized that this crime has become a trademark of the Zionist entity, adding it to its criminal record of targeting 36 hospitals either by bombing, burning or destroying them and putting them out of service during the genocidal crimes on the Gaza Strip. It pointed out that this blatant aggression is a full-fledged war crime that reaffirms the brutal face of the Zionist enemy entity, which has not witnessed history or previous wars like the criminal series of targeting hospitals by bombing and destroying them, shooting patients inside wards or operating rooms, or targeting unborn children.
The Health Ministry denounced the inaction and silence of the international community , UN, health and humanitarian organizations in the face of what the Zionist enemy is committing and working to stop it since its first massacre on the Baptist Hospital. The statement stressed that the silence of the international community allowed the criminal entity to break into the Nasser compound and turn its yard into a place of killing, bombing, an interrogation , detention camp, and then in the Shifa, Rantisi, Kamal Adwan, Al-Awda, Indonesian , other clinics and medical centers, committing the most horrible crimes and destroying the health infrastructure of Gaza Strip. The Health Ministry held the US administration and the international community fully responsible for the Zionist entity's ongoing war of annihilation against the Palestinian people and its repeated targeting of the health system, medical staff, ambulance crews, the wounded, the sick and the displaced.
It called on Arab and Islamic countries, human rights organizations, medical and humanitarian bodies to move to the streets , squares to express strong anger , pressure on governments and countries, calling on international and regional organizations to take urgent action to protect civilians , health facilities , stop the massacres , genocide committed by the Zionist enemy in Gaza and all of Palestine.
