HC issues notice on plea challenging election of Kundarki BJP MLA

Prayagraj: Hearing a petition challenging the election of BJP MLA from Kundarki in Moradabad Ramveer Singh, the Allahabad High Court has issued notice to all candidates in the fray from the seat, including Singh. Singh was elected on BJP ticket in the recently held assembly bypolls. Justice Samit Gopal passed this order on an election petition filed by one Mohemmad Rizwan, who contested this bypolls on the Samajwadi Party ticket.
