m. on July 1, a vehicle was observed driving through the staff parking lot of the Hawkesbury detachment in what was described as a suspicious manner, the release said. Officers responded as two individuals exited the vehicle and the interaction led to the duo receiving injuries that required medical treatment.

The OPP’s Professional Standards Unit launched an investigation into the incident in July, and two officers were suspended with pay. The charges against Bolduc were laid on Nov. 22.
