Jan Surajya Shakti (JSS) candidate Dalitmitra Dr Ashokrao Mane took an early lead from the Hatkanangle assembly constituency leading by more than 9413 votes against INC candidate Awale Raju Jaywantrao after the fourth round of vote counting.
