Fans of Harry Potter were treated to a little impromptu reunion. HBO has revived Harry Potter fans as they announced a reboot is coming into fruition. The series is still in the beginning stages and no one, not even Cillian Murphy or Paapa Essiedu , have been confirmed as a part of the cast.
As the fans anxiously wait until 2026, the original cast has given them something to turn their attentions towards in the meantime. Tom Felton started his week off with an Instagram post that sent fans into a frenzy. The actor, who played Draco Malfoy, snapped a photo while meeting up with his former co-stars from the Wizard World of Harry Potter franchise.
Tom was joined by two fellow Slytherins: Scarlett Byrne,who played Pansy Parkinson, and Louis Cordice who played Blaise Zabini. Devon Murray, who played Seamus Finnegan, was also featured, as well as Jamie Campbell Bower who played Gellert Grindelwald in the 2016 spinoff Fantastic Beats and Where to Find Them. The picture was taken at the Deam It Conventions in Paris, France on November 23.
He captioned the photo: “Wizarding world selfie.” Fans were overjoyed as they took to the comment section. One said: “Ahhh Tom and Jamie together in one picture.

” Someone else added: “Love the Slytherin trio!!!!” Another demanded: “we need more reunion and meet and greet in 2025. Do it often please!!! Daniel Radcliffe, the previous star of the franchise, is focused on other projects like his upcoming film Now You See Me 3. The actor has joined Dave Franco and Jesse Eiseberg in the hit thriller franchise that follows a charismatic magician as he leads a team of illusionists. The movie will be released in November of 2025.
Emma Watson, who played the leading lady Hermione Granger in Harry Potter, is in the midst of a six-year hiatus from acting which started after her 2019 drama film Little Woman. She told the Financial Times that she wants to be more “involved in the process” if she comes back to Hollywood.
