Kamala Harris' has spoken to a reported 75,000 people at her monumental rally in Washington D.C. - while Donald Trump 's is full of empty seats, Trump, who has been slammed for exaggerating his crowd sizes to get votes and mocked for having supporters flooding out of his rallies, was speaking in Allentown, Pennsylvania on Tuesday night.

But his crowd was dwarfed by that of Harris, who promised to "put country above party and above self" in the closing argument of her presidential campaign, with her campaign tweeting that 75,000 supporters had gathered near the White House. With Trump struggling to get his audience going, Harris was greeted by chants of "Ka-ma-la, Ka-ma-la" by her immense crowd, which overflowed right up to the Washington Monument. "It is time for a new generation of leadership in American and I am ready to offer that leadership as the next President of the United States of America," said Harris.

Harris began her electric rally from the same site where Trump fomented the Capitol insurrection. "So listen, one week from today you will have the chance to make the decision that directly impacts your lives, the life of your family and the future of this country we love," she said. "And it will probably be the most important vote you every cast.

This election is more than just a choice between two parties and two candidates. "It's whether we have a country rooted in freedom for every American or ruled by chaos and division." The Vice President used her address from the grassy Ellipse near the White House to pledge to Americans that she will work to improve their lives, while arguing that Trump is only in it for himself.

"We know who Donald Trump is," she explained. "He is the person who stood at this very spot nearly four years ago and sent an armed mob to the US Capitol to overturn the will of the people in a free and fair election. "An election he knew he lost.

Americans died as a result of that attack." It was in stark contrast to Trump, who keeps losing supporters during his rallies, including on Monday night in Atlanta. While Trump spoke, lots of people could be seen walking out of the rally just 30 minutes into his ramblings on immigration, the pandemic and ISIS.

A Bloomber reporter in attendance tweeted: "The crowd is starting to thin out, half an hour in." There were also entire sections at the top of the arena that were empty, despite Trump boasting about how many more people wanted to be inside..
