Haley Joel Osment could be facing charges following an arrest earlier this month. The 37-year-old actor was reportedly arrested on Tuesday afternoon (April 8) in Mammoth Lakes, Calif., while visiting a ski resort, according to TMZ .

The outlet reports that police were called just before 2pm for an alleged intoxicated individual at the Mammoth Mountain Ski Area, and when authorities arrived, ski patrol were with the actor. He was booked for public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance, and he was released shortly after. Now it’s up to the district attorney on whether or not he will be prosecuted.
