The 37-year-old former child star was arrested on April 8 after police got a call claiming he was intoxicated, according to documents obtained by TMZ on Wednesday. Osment was reportedly accompanied by ski patrol members when he was arrested at the Mammoth Mountain resort in Mammoth Lakes, California , a popular skiing destination.
