Halestorm have announced that their brand-new single ‘Darkness Always Wins’ will arrive on April 22.The first taste of the follow-up to 2022 album ‘Back From The Dead’, a clip of a flickering lighter flame was shared via the band’s official Instagram, soundtracked by a gentle, atmospheric snippet of the song.On ‘Darkness Always Wins’, guitarist Joe Hottinger has shared:“We wrote this down in Savannah, GA.

It was the first song we wrote for what became the album. It was like a test session..



. we went down there to see how it was working with Dave Cobb. Wrote and recorded this in two days at his then new studio.

It was the beginning of a beautiful relationship that turned into a beautiful album.
